SCHOOL HOLIDAYS YIPPEEE

ok ive been animating a few scenes so far but it takes a long time for each one, frame by frame animating is hard

also a thing about the editing [i use capcut], im trying to change the speed of the scene, ive seen tutorial as well and the problem is

last time i checked it was up to date, im at least sure that its not an issue and all that but if its a probelm idrk if its fixable or not

9 fps looks like 10 fps but faster ;-;
